Returns and Exchanges
Domestic Orders:
Products can be returned or exchanged via courier within 7 days from the date of purchase. The order placed online cannot be exchanged at any outlet It has to be sent back within 7 days of the online purchase in case of exchange or defect.
Please note that the product must be unused and have the price label attached along with the purchase invoice. Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged. Due to the differences in colour monitors and screens and the lighting used during photo shoots, the exact colour or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore, products cannot be exchanged for this reason. We will only exchange or refund any product(s) if the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect. Contact our customer service centre by emailing us images of the defective product at feedback@lawrencepur.com or calling us at (+92) 309-2220061 within 7 days of purchase. After our team reviews the product, you will be offered an exchange with the same price value product.
Refunds
We have a "no refund" policy. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases where the product is out of stock or appears to be faulty. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Please allow two weeks for the processing of returns and up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the return and exchange policy will apply. Lawrencepur may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or credit card payments being declined by the issuing financial institution.
International Orders:
- Once an international order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
- No exchanges are possible for international orders. However, if you were delivered an incorrect or damaged item, then please contact us at customercare@lawrencepur.com and provide your order number and images of the delivered article with the visible issue for further evaluation.
- Lawrencepur reserves the right to cancel any order if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if the credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
- If a quality issue is identified while dispatching your order, Lawrencepur will remove the concerned items from your original order. Refunds will only be processed for the excluded items, not the entire value of the order.
- Lawrencepur is not liable to refund or compensate for the order amount If you refuse to accept your order at the time of delivery,
- If the customs department of the shipping country holds your parcel, you are liable to provide all relevant and required documentation to the authorities. Lawrencepur is not liable to refund the amount in the case of non-clearance of the parcel.
