Refund policy

1. Return & Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges for online purchases. If you wish to change an item, you may return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Customers may return items within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • Items showing signs of use, washing, damage, or mishandling will not be accepted
  • Returns without prior approval from Customer Service will not be processed

Important Notes:

  • Sale items are not eligible for return or refund
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if care instructions have not been followed
  • We do not offer price adjustments, store credits, or partial refunds for discounted items after purchase

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for return:

  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect items
  • Incomplete orders

4. Return Processing Time

  • Please allow 2–3 business days for returned items to reach our fulfillment center
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your return is received
  • If no confirmation is received, please contact customer support

5. Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method only
  • Refund processing may take up to 3 business days after approval
  • Depending on your bank, it may take 7–14 business days for the amount to reflect in your account

Note:

  • Sale items are not refundable
  • Refunds are only processed after the product is received and approved

6. Order Cancellation Policy

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the return policy will apply instead.


7. Cancellation by Lawrencepur

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Items being out of stock
  • Pricing or system errors
  • Payment being declined by the financial institution

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
