Return
We have a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and unworn, with all original tags attached.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us for approval and return instructions.
Unauthorized returns (items sent back without prior approval) will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
To exchange an item, you must first return the original item. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Please note: Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.
International Orders
- Once an international order is processed, it cannot be canceled.
- Exchanges are not available for international orders. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact us with your order number and photos as proof.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or payment declines.
- If a quality issue is found before dispatch, the defective item will be removed and refunded.
- If you refuse delivery, we are not liable for a refund.
- For customs-related holds, you must provide the necessary documentation. We are not responsible for refunds if customs clearance fails.
